BIRDS COST $5.50 EACH

  • LIMIT 4 BIRDS PER DOG

  • Please reserve your birds per the above schedule.

  • Birds are limited, so reserve early. Contact the Training Coordinator to make your reservation: Pam Edwards 602-808-9216

  • Bird availability and time constraints may dictate a cap on the number of birds you order or the number of dogs we can accommodate for training.

  • The Training Coordinator has discretion as to the running order and brace pairings.

  • Exact change or checks payable to "RSVC" are required.
  • You are responsible for paying for reserved birds, evein if you fail to atten the training session.
  • When you arrive at the training site, please check in with the Hunt Training Coordinator.  Please indicate the training level of your dog.
  • Obviously, the more volunteers we have to organize, gun, plant, and train the dogs, the faster we will be able to run through the braces, and get everyone home at a reasonable hour.

GUN SAFETY VIDEO

AKC and the RSVC requires that all persons gunning for our hunt tests, versatility tests, and hunt training sessions view the video within 12 months prior to the start of the event. Anyone who would like to view the video should email Pamela Edwards  with their address and phone#.

FOR EVERYONE’S SAFETY

  • Children must be under adult supervision at all times.

  • Children and spectators are allowed in the field at the discretion of the Field Coordinator.

  • Training for just honoring is only allowed when live ammunition is not in use.

  • Everyone in the field must wear a blaze orange upper body garment that is visible from the front and back. Orange vests are available for loan at the site.

  • Dogs and puppies may be off lead only when training. Otherwise, they must be leashed or kenneled.
